Clutch wont disengage?

Hi, my bike rolls freely with clutch in and out. I've taken the clutch cover off and every thing looks fine. What could be making it roll freely with the clutch out? Thanks

Well the cable is too tight or the flower nut too loose or you're missing a gear or you've forgotten to install the chain. Whichever seems to be the most true is the answer.

rolling the bike should turn the motor - with both covers off, you should be able to see where the turning stops
