Help....Husheng stock carb question

Can someone please clarify the position of the little shaft that came out of my 49cc carb after removing my main jet....Removed the jet and this shaft fell out before I could remark its position....Is the position in my photo correct or do I need to reverse it?

Check with Msiert on this site! Murray just took his apart, cleaned and reassembled.

You want the smaller skinnier end to go in first....it goes into the intake and you will see it protrud into the intake (between the choke plate and the throttle butterfly). It really only goes in one way the other end won't go through the hole in the intake.
