New to the site today. I've worked and built motorized karts and scooters and tricycles for years. I'll include a picture of the latest. I'm in California. I have access to a lot of machine shop equipment and have always liked to build things. The trike in the picture I built because of the interest from seniors. I originally was going to build it to pedal. I found it easier to motorize it. I used a Zap bike kit. As you can see it is powered, braked, and steered from the rear. It will also go thru a door. I'm going to add pedal power and drive the front tire/s and have the best of both worlds.
