New rider in Lynchberg VA

Hello. I've been reading the forum for months, and I am happy to find a hobby like this. I just built a DB Wildwood Citi with a 47cc Dax HT. I can't get it to run correctly. It has about 38 miles on it, and it just won't 2-stroke. Top speed is 23mph with a 40t sprocket. I joined the forum to look for help. I'll post more in the 2-stroke section.

Sorry I can't help you with your 4-stroking issue. I'm just not that knowledgable. But someone will come along who does.
