I was looking at how to build a motorized bike on instructables and now i found this place. i dont have a motored bike yet but am trying to find a motor or even an entire bike for around $100. maybe have found one on ebay but am still looking.

Welcome to the forum.
Good luck with the $100 dream of getting a motorized bike.
I'd say you will need to invest more along the lines of $300 to $400
for anything worth riding, but I wish you well anyway.

You might get a used kit and used bike for under $100.
One of the motorbike forum sites had a competition for the cheapest build.
Maybe you could get some good ideas there.
