new unexected motorized bike owner

Hi, my name is Tekky, and I recently acquired a motorized bike from a guy outside my work. The unknown man was working on it for a good 2 hours before he gave up and offered the bike to me! The engine ran for a decent amount of time, but had issues where it would stop running after about a minute. Currently in the process of taking it apart and giving it a decent tune up

Here are important questions to consider when building for yourself or others:

1) What is the predominant riding terrain?
2) What type of physique does the primary rider have?
3) What will the rider's local laws allow them to have?
(Lookup and personally read these laws.)
4) What kind of bike is being motorized?
5) What is the bike to be used for?
6) How much of a budget is to be used for the build?

Thanks for all the tips guys, I appreciate it. I'm going to try to test the magneto for current today, and I have a new headgasket on the way from sick bike parts. headgasket was leaking so bad i could feel the air/gas coming out of the side at each TDC.
