That's Santa Monica, CA. My interest has been piqued after seeing a couple motorized bikes zipping about town. Looking to glean all the info I need.

I used to live in Santa Barbara Ca. an i recently built my first one out of desperation and very few tools.
I'd be happy to give you a direction based on how i did it.
