Please remove baffle

Will someone please tell me how to remove the baffle , i mean this thing will not budge , I am pretty strong and i cant get it to pull out. Will someone please give me some hints, thanks

The pipe with the holes in it is the 'baffle' My bro cut the other end off his lopped the tube (baffle) off with angle grinder and rewelded it back together if my memory serves me correctly.

I believe I have decided to cut down the tube thats on the end piece to allow better file along with 2 more holes on the bottom and about 5 holes about an inch from the bottom in a circular pattern , anyone tried this ?
