Rode my Whizzer Today

Thanks Quenton. I checked and the ratio is good. Also, I made a spring tensioner like yours and it works great. When I pull the clutch handle, the vibration goes away. I think the actual firing of the engine at slow speeds causes the front forks to flex forward and backward. I can actually see that happening. I checked to make sure the head bearings are secure and there is no play. I do have new wheels, but it did the same with the old ones. I replaced the wheels because the old ones had a couple small stress fractures on the rims. The engine runs well. Could timing cause the problem, even if the engine runs well?
