Gonna use a Mitsubishi TLE-43 43cc 2.20 hp.

Wow! Thats an impressive piece of work! Can't wait to see how it turns out!

Started work on the gear box. Two timing gears and belt go inside the box.
Motor connects to the right side with the shaft inside the box as marked. Sheave to wheel sheave on the right. There is a tension wheel that gos next to the 4 in pulley but the hole is not there yet. . t-shirt is lining everything up till i get back to the shop. Chain can stay right where it is. Everything clears. 74in Drive Belt.

Ah, and a "sheave" is a "ring". glad I got that cleared up.

Started the rear drive sheave yesterday. Here it is on the bike. disk brake and fender clear. it will hold 1/2 wide flat belt easy.
