i am tring to run a tetherd kill switch, does any1 know if the chinese 2 strokes are runnnin on open or closed circuit? or any info as to if i can do this upgrade and how?

You might use a sub miniature phone plug and socket in series with the CDI wire. (Radio Shack has them cheap) Short across the phone plug terminals inside the plug. A large safety pin and fish line completes the install. Clip to to your sleeve or where handiest.

Open or closed depends how you wire it. If you put switch on blue wire between magnito and CDI, it is closed. This is the easiest and best way to do a kill switch. The standard kill switch is normally opened and shorts out the blue wire to ground, this is a nasty kill method and just a plain old bad idea not to mention much harder to wire a tether to.
