You can run an engine on hho electolized from water. 1 litre of water makes 2039 litres of gas with an expansion ratio of 1729:1 1 amp for one hour will make 6 litres of gas so 10 amps for one minute makes a litre. I have designed alternitive Engine cores 85% efficient displacing twice there volume per rev a 1 litre engine using 40 amps on the electrolysis cell requires only 6 watts from the alterator and has an output of 35,000Kw at 3000 revs running in a sealed properly evacuated loop from exhaust to inlet with a condensing heat extractor ijn the exaust and an electrolysis cell before the engine. It has been built and implemented on an Australian submarine successfully
