Be sure to line up slot in Shuttle with tit inside Carburetor.
I made a similar adapter plate from 1/4" Steel Bar and a 2" U-bolt for the Front Motor Mount

Carb mounted to Air Intake.
Throttle Cable assembled and in Carburetor.
Now to mount the throttle.
