The hose doesn't even look wet, is there any fuel coming from the tank? Is there fuel in the tank? One of those barbs will be a float bowl breather, it has to be open to atmosphere. You will have to take the float bowl off and blow through each one and listen for air coming out from the float area.

Also I didn’t know if it had to do with anything with my Petcock. I deleted the oil and I never turn that thing off but my gas never poured out I had to siphon it out the other day that way I could put mixed gas in to break it in but I digress

So I’m thinking this is what I do because when I blow in one it comes out the other the little one is oil but I’m going to cab though because I don’t have oil go into it the machine one definitely goes to the bottom thought So no capping that one.

I didn't say anything about the belt, but you have a 2t so there is no timing marks. Disregard what I said, I thought it was a 4 stroke.

Yes them 2 strokes for scooters are timed. Theres a timing fixture that needs to be used to set timing on a 2 stroke scooter engine. It screws in spark plug hole & has a dial indicator built into it so timing can be set to specs. If ts too far advanced or retarded they will run hot & poorly.

Ignition timing is very very important to set, if you dont want to burn up your newly rebuilt engine.

If you deleted oil line to carb & you removed the other line off the petcock, it wont get fuel to the carb. Them petcocks with 2 lines are vaccuum operated, they only open the petcock when engine is crank over & running. Then when you shut engine off, vacuum stops & the petcock automatically closes. Till the next time its started.

I deleted my oil, but it had a separate little line going to it from the oil. I still have two lines coming from my petcock & the very first time it almost started over the most it’s ever been but then nothing else happen. I checked my gas line and there’s a littlest amount of residue but there’s nothing else after that I did it 3 more time with different variations of having the little tube connected to both of them, and then the choke on and off giving it gas.

This is where I’m at. Still not getting gas by itself. I can suck and blow on the vacuum hose and gas will come out. Idk what else to do.
