Need advice: I’ve had a Landrider for 16 years. I’m ISO the rear derailleur carbon-fiber belt. I was able to copy the following off the belt: Gates 3M450. Any idea where to get a replacement?

The drive disc is a 110 mm diameter. It also looks like you're missing the hanger locking mechanism that has a B-indexing screw in it.

Thanks again Jerry, no worry about B screw. I can get from local bike shop.

You need the actual LandRider locking hanger attachment. It isn't as simple as buying an indexing screw.
