That caliper looks like a HF one I had and it was spot on -+ .001 when measuring with a inch standard. Pretty good for $10 caliper.

Yes I believe I have it all put together. I put the ball in then the bucking bar and put the flat end of the cam against it and tightened it all down. Then adjusted the flower screw. But as the plate cover was spinning it looked like it was spinning uneven. No idea what that could be , also my back tire was off so I'm trying to properly line it up but not having very much luck. This thing is a nightmare lol thanks for the guide I'm gonna check it out now

A multi speed bike is easier than a single speed to align.
