Let’s start with a little history on this thing. I’ve been building this beast on and off for almost two years. I’ve had it running a few times. Never got it to the point were it would keep an idle. I don’t have spark now. I’ve tried probably everything on these forums. New hp magnito coil, hp cdi, plug wire, boot, and plug. Still nothing. I’ll list the engine and all the mods. Gotta be the best way to start. Pics are below.

-standard 80cc motor
-upgraded exhaust
-hp carb (#62 jet and idle screw at 11 half turns)
-hp intake manifold
-new standard cylinder body
-upgraded 47mm stock size piston
-racing cylinder head
-new hp cdi
-new hp magnito
-56 tooth rear sprocket
-upgraded throttle
-new kill switch
-4L gas tank
-new gaskets (99% sure no air leaks)

Electrical add-ons (shouldn’t make any difference to the spark except the added magnito coil for the charger. Hasn’t been an issue in the past)
-12v 5ah sla battery
-smaller secondary magnito coil
-charger/alternator converter from second magnito to the battery with 15a inline fuse
-6 slot fuse box
-volt meter with two usb ports
-led ground effects lights
-12v led headlight
-12v led cat eye style running/turn/break lights
-flasher relay
-12v horn

OK...I guess you missed the part in the forums where we like to tell everyone to not make ANY changes from stock until the motor is first broken in, I deduced this from where you say you have only run it a few times.

hp carb (#62 jet and idle screw at 11 half turns)
-hp intake manifold
When you read about HP carby's here in the forum, you will find that for most builders, that they are a horror show to try to tune them to these motors, let alone to be able to keep them running.

There also seems to be alot of debris under the magneto cover and needs to be thoroughly cleaned out and check for any crank seal leakage.

what I’m missing and why this won’t spark???

I'm thinking no spark has everything to do with what a mess the magneto compartment is at this point.

I noticed that but I forgot to say anything about it. Go down to the local auto parts store and get some electrical component cleaner and hose it down.
I would be taking all of that apart myself, test each component, replace anything or everything that is preventing things from sparking, clean up everything front and back, and then put it all back together.

IMHO you tried to do too many things at once... bike looks good but its a paperweight.. I agree 100% with @DAMIEN1307.

Run the stock engine with nothing else until it's broken in. At the VERY least until it runs well. Then start adding one component at a time.

You've already added so much stuff electronically it's impossible to say. Especially without a wiring diagram/schematic, or any type of diagram, or part numbers/descriptions. Coming from an electrical designer (not necessarily engineer but almost) this is the wrong way to do it.

I'm not saying it couldn't work in the long run but you've basically tried to build something from scratch with no plans and there's no real way to figure out what the issue is unless you have intimate knowledge of the system itself and electronic basics.

As an addition, based on the pics it looks like you have decent automotive electronics knowledge... all the shrink wrap and stuff looks good...

The bottom red wire in the magneto area is pinched in at least two spots , based on the pics.

yeah, it does look pinched. there is also a great deal of metal shavings on the magnet. That could be some rubbing happening.
