Have issue with the crank drive gear teeth shreaded by the clutch gear assembly. Any ideas of the cause?

Seen that before, it's caused by imbalance in the drive train. It's either a worn clutch bearing or a crank bearing. Pull the gears and check both for wobble.

One other one had a broken clutch shaft, which led to all the teeth sheared off.
