engine locked up

I have a pretty big problem with one of my 2 stroke 80cc engine. I have used this engine in the past quite a bit, but i now recently put it on different bike i got it running for a few minutes but it wouldn't idle. I then noticed that the carb was leaking gas from the air intake even when the engine was off i thought that was odd but i tread to start the engine again but it was completely seized up. i have tried turning it over but the thing wont budge. I took the head off and there seems to be no scaring on the cylinder. does anyone have any solutions or reasons for this problem?
I currently have the the cylinder soaking in WD-40
I don't think it was the gas i was running it 40:1 tho the oil could be expired but i've ran oil like that all the time.

Can you remove the cylinder at all? See if it will come free or if the piston is stuck to it.

If the piston isn't at TDC or BDC you can also try to tap it down with the wooden handle of a hammer (gently but with some authority behind it).

40:1 isn't that "lean" on oil as suggested especially considering it has been run like that for some time according to the OP. Getting side tracked in information that really isn't relevant to the problem isn't going to help anything at this point in time anyway.

Speculation in general isn't going to help. The engine is stuck and if it won't come free by rocking the crank or tapping it gently down The absolute best thing you could do with this engine is to try and take it apart further to determine the issue. Depending on the problem it may be possible to save the cylinder if done carefully and if not it has to come apart anyway. If not then it was likely damaged beyond saving anyway. In either case you will find the answer to the problem and the solution will become clear

I figured it out the wrist pin came lose and seized my piston I have to replace the piston but the jug is in amazing condition the only part that’s damaged is a slight scratch on the bottom of the intake port so I guess I’m just forced to port it

Not as hard as it sounds. Just takes time. I did that with a $20 rotary tool, assortment of scotchbrite bits, and a 10 dollar rotary tool buffing wheel kit. Even the polish bars I bought weren't all that expensive, and I have enough to do any polishing I ever need to do for the next 20 years lol

In South Boston it was the Lithuanian/Polish club, (bar),...lol...They shared...lol...In New England there was always a Polish club in every city and even small towns...lol.

I doubt that...lol...What you were quoting was written almost a year ago and I'm sure the problem was solved way back when.
