Back in the early spring I put together a zeda gastank frame bike together. I assumed the frame would have been leak tested before it left the factory and I was wrong. It turns out where they welded the bung for the fuel petcock had a small pinhole. It didnt take long for the gas to ruin the paint on the seat tube. The moral of the story is if you're gonna use a gastank frame I would highly recommend sealing the tank first. I used POR15 gastank sealer. Since I disassembled the bike for new paint I made some changes. Heres some before pics of the bike.
