This is my latest build. A Tiger 70cc CJR. Mounting was U Bolt and saddle (ground to fit)/ stainless plate. grade 8 1/4" SAE studs. Carb cap seat shaved. port matched. Sealed magneto housing. Shimmed rear end. Springer front equiped with 1970's WALD Fender set. Twin Chrome mirrors and Freestyle HD Chain.

Oh TA TAH Rivets went 10/32 machine scrws

no prob with the bigger rivets on the cranbrook but I posted before I did the Blackioe. I ended up using 10/32" machine screws to supprt the l bracket all others were allready 10/32" m scrws on the DelMar Schwinn.
