How do you tell the difference between an A80 and a F80 engine from the outside

Does anyone know how to tell the difference between an A80 and a F80 engine from the outside? I cant find any info on this anywhere, I dont want to spend money on my engine if its an F80 as I heard an A80 engine is better

Appear a A80 is sold by an Ebay seller in Australia, claiming it's CNC built and better than the F80:

I doubt that the engine is CNC. It looks like HT/China Girl engines with some chrome.

I think there is two or 3 sellers on ebay claiming the A80 is a better engine, with better bearings, improved compression etc. From comparing pictures, I have found a slight difference in the main casing, my casing seems to be the same as what is called an A80 engine but I'm not sure.
