As of yesterday, I am a proud motorcycle owner, appropriately licensed and insured.

Over the past 6 years, I’ve struggled with various motorized creations, each a combination of success and failure. I enjoyed long rides and long walks. High speeds and frequent failures. My ingenuity was often bested by the hardware store nature of my builds. It was fun. It was frustrating.

I’ve gained so much knowledge from this site. My participation stops here but I will continue reading the posts.

Thanks to all who helped me and entertained me with your contributions to the fora.

Please be safe, all!

Licence.. insurance.. pretty soon you'll be cutting your hair, wearing a watch, and getting a job! 😨
I really enjoyed reading about your crazy creations. 😢

Wear a helmet, jeans, ankle covering boots/shoes, gloves and a jacket w/elbow guards and is rash resistant. That's the minimum in my book, stay safe. What size Yamaha is that? Nice looking bike, it looks fast. Remember the speed limit is fast enough.
