Right on red is at your discretion. A motorist behind me laid on their horn while I was at a red light and failed to see a blind man crossing the street they wanted me to turn right onto. It was a major traffic artery and they'd ban me for life if I told you what I hollered behind me! Happened about 3wks ago.
The other thing that really gets me, are people who try to pass inside a toll barrier. There's no reason for it! While collectors may be adequately protected with concrete, from impact, what about a huge pool of ignited fuel?
Before they spend a nickel on r/light cameras, they should enforce stupidity at toll barriers with them!
