Where I live I don’t think there is a rule about having a manual clutch…I think just 50cc, 3hp and not going over 30mph. The last two don’t really matter because a cop can’t tell how many horsepower a bike has especially when I don’t even know. And the top speed doesn’t matter as long as I don’t go speeding around town.

Yes you have a manual clutch, but you only got one gear so it's considered a M/B with an automatic trans,
If you could manually shift gears then it would be a M/B with a manual trans
