MZ65/clone pipe stinger diameter?

I’m trying to figure out if the MZ65 silencer will fit my project, does anyone know the stinger diameter? I’ve measured mine

The od of my clone's stinger is just under 25 mm.

The one I frankenstiened for the MTB had an OD of 22mm.

Yeah my clone mz pipe is 22mm or 7/8"

I was thinking of putting an MZ silencer on my flex pipe exhaust, but the OD is 26mm, so it won’t fit. Thanks for the replies, guys.

I thought you were building a 4 stroker? What do you need an expansion chamber pipe for? 4t all you need is a straight pipe with a little B&S hotdog muffler on the end.

No im not using an expansion chamber. They sell a silencer kit for the MZ65, was hoping it would fit the flex pipe but it won’t.

Possibly. Depends if the tools I need are more expensive than buying one lol.

Only need a couple caps from some pickle jars, 1.5-2" piece of exhaust pipe (maybe pick up a piece at the local muffler shop for free), and a core piece to match up to your existing.
A drill with a step drill and few self tappers.
