How do you know which one is which ?

I believe the one on the same side as the fuel inlet is the oil injection. It's not hard to figure out by opening the float bowl and blowing through them to see where you hear the air flow, oil injection should pass through main body and the vent will go to the bowl.

Tell me something, is that tube connected to the top of the carb and the float bowl? If so, then that is the enrichment circuit (choke) for the other two, one is overflow and the other is a bowl vent.

That tube between the bowl and top of carb is the feed for the power jet, it pulls directly from the bowl when velocity is strong enough (wot) to allow use of a smaller main jet with better metering between 1/4 and 3/4 throttle.

Got to be the lower one runs to your tank it has a nipple on for small screw band foot hold.
