Oily plug

maybe too much oil in fuel or maybe too rich at carb or maybe just hasn't run in enough to seat the rings

This might help everyone.
If it's correct that is, it seems pretty close for the right one.

Is that ratio your fuel to oil? Or air to fuel? Also, which plug here looks most like yours?

Running 25 to 1 and 470 miles
You may be a tiny bit rich then, which is good until you've finished break in (470mi is definitely past that) so I would drop to 32:1 and try leaning it out a bit, maybe even raise the clip on the needle to bring your midrange in a bit while leaving wot safe and cool with a slightly rich jet.

Oil to fuel

Hehe looks like some quotes are reversed, but yeah, dropping the fuel oil ratio to 30~32 would probably help.
