A friendly Canadian called me from Power King this morning. Power King has shipped another engine to me, and it's supposed to be here in 3 days. They had a technicality in the paper work at American Customs. Might have been the EPA like kiwi said. So they are having customs return their entire shipment, and they are sending me a different engine today. I have the tracking number. They gave me the option of returning my money, or shipping another engine. They called me, and they didn't wait until I called them. That's nice.
The first time I ordered an engine from them, the box was trashed in shipment, and some parts were damaged and the coil was missing. They quickly sent me replacement parts without any argument or friction of any kind.
Power King is a good company, and I highly recommend them for their good service and friendly attitude. They exemplify what I like about Canadians.
