Have you contacted Fred about making a kit for your motor? I am sure you will need the Needle bearing crankshaft for the OHV motor.

70 MPH Whizzer

Hi,

I have one of Freds OHV motors in one of my new Whizzers with an automatic clutch, THIS WHIZZER IS FAST AND FUN , I actually beat cars , the problem I have is that I cannot stop this bike in emergency. So I bought a Whizzer 5 inch rear brake, I have not put it on AS YET. My Temperature on the OHV head on a New Whizzer motor runs at 220 Degrees F. ,I have 24 inch rims.

Get rid of the Whizzer wheels and brakes and get Worksman wheels. My Worksman brakes can put me over the handlebars. They work well for me!
