Did the transfer roof angle and raised them 3mm today, polished the piston top and started fitting the bushing's I use as spacer's to keep the small end bearing centered.balanced and trued a zae50 38mm stroke crank to be used with the low pinned piston, still have to deck the cylinder just over a mm and a half and do the flanges but I got the exhaust port window opened to 23mm equivalent dia and looking good just have to cut the peak's above bridge and the intake surprisingly didn't really need much and will have 127 degrees of duration with this setup, the cross section of the transfers are a bit shy of what I'd like to see but I really can't raise them any more than I have and the blowdown duration is low but I'm hoping this will aid in scavenging would be great for a reed setup but I run p/p so just going to try it and see!

These are the bushing's I'm using to space the small end bearing, next time I order some I'm going to get larger dia just as a further rod walk stop. But these will work for now keeping the bearing centered, they still need to be thinned out down to just under 1.5mm because the shoulders in this piston are 18mm apart so just under 3mm total of spacer's and a 10x14x15 bearing is my 18mm perfect!
