Use low Ash and EPA mufflers for city driving - thks

Was watching a guy in Ottawa today, at a light, on a new schwinn cruiser with a china 2-stroke, idling and creating a toxic cloud of smoke. Lets all do ourselves a big favour and minimize smoke with low ash oil and EPA catalytic mufflers if possible. and at the least, Kill our engines at stoplights. I was 50 feet away and it stink-bombed my car. Not a great way to promote such a good mode of transportation. Thanks. My $.02.

sounds like a better too much, than too little mix to me
probably running rich as well
