He just post others ads from ebay in the hopes of making a few bucks as a middle man...He is located in Egypt by the way.
That's why he always posts the ebay link for the customer to contact the seller.

I'm OK with this one, at least it is one bot that has never caused any trouble or problems that I have ever seen, plus it has been good for a few good jokes starting with, "They want how much for that piece of garbage ???...lol."

Besides, It's been here even longer than I have and has become something like a pet mascot here now...lol.
