What size fuel line?

Whats the standard size fuel line for these motored bikes?

3/16" (4.76mm) or 5mm ID.
Though I have seen some people have used 1/4" with proper hose clamps.

Idk. I'm not using the stock tank, you're presumably not using the stock carb!
1/4" or 5/16" would probably fit my plastic tank's nipple better, but not the filter I'm using and the elbow I bought. 3/16" silicone hose fits the NT carb well IME and 5mm is the ID of the stock PVC hose.

I sometimes use thinner from filter to carb and thicker from tank to filter - lot of diff sized fittings these days. If line is too thin, dipping in hot water will soften it to stretch.
