Just a few quick notes about product development at EZM.
We are currently sourcing vendors to make hard to find parts for a few 4 stroke motorbike motors. We already had an American company make mushroom lifters for the Whizzer NE motors, and the inventory is almost exhausted.
We are still working on the Mach III drive system and just last week MaxTorque sent us the latest weights & springs to change the "stall speed" on their clutch. We started this project almost a year ago, and because of the high demand for our current system we won't be putting the new system into production for several more months.
Several dealers have designed some really great new mounting systems, and from the early reports it will be far more universial than current offerings.
As earlier posts have indicated, and because of dealer demand we are shipping kits to dealers for re-sale.
Because of testing we still haven't contracted the fab shop for final belt cover design. We hope to reduce the cover to 1 3/4" prior to large production runs. We just weighed the new system and looks like 5 pounds will be close in the final weight.
If anyone, dealer or not has any ideas to improve the EZM system, please let us know as the EZM is to be dealer/customer designed.
Every single kit will be inspected by me personally prior to shipping [so if it is wrong, it is my fault].
Have fun,
