Plate with dich bend part in it works better then the flat one from cheap kit.and you can drill though the Mount in one side in frame out the other. Put a bolt. That's with no you bolt

some of the u-bolts have very weak threads - double nutting may keep them from popping out one thread, but better to get rid of u-bolt and use two good bolts and the mounting strap that comes with the kit (strap may need to be spread a bit to fit)
