Engine Trouble Bullet train bt80 electric start. Won't start

Motor will not start. Spark is ok, no fuel restrictions, has compression. Just will not start. New spark plugs. Can't figure it out. Any suggestion. I was riding and all of a sudden it started to lose power.

You got an electrical issue. Disconnect the kill switch and try that, if no go, then it's probably the coil or CDI.

Even if it's electrical should it at least try to combust with fuel and air and spark?

It's not spark, it's fuel. Shoot some ether into it and see if it runs on that, Sounds more like a fuel flow restriction. Check the fuel filter for flakes of stuff floating in it, and drop the carb bowl and check the jets, make sure they're clear.
If it runs on starting fluid, but not the gas in the tank, there's something blocking the fuel at the carb.
