Do not deal with boygofast rico group, rick shi, He is a coward and in cahoots with revolution cycles aka bryan samones. His 4 cycle kit which he sent me had a weird rear sprocket.I asked him to resolve this situation. he did not answer and instead I got an email from bryan calling me a moron. I tried to use paypal claim but paypal doesn't even care if the seller send you a freakin brick
its just the delivery. if rick or bryan is reading this. I want to let these dishonest businessmen know that they cannot keep scamming customers forever. I am so hopping mad right now. I shouldn't have to respoke the wheel if the ebay copy and instruction manual said it was a friction mount.

here is a cut and paste

Hello Rick asked me to take your case...
You will need to lace the hub. this can be done at a bike shop for $30 I will trade you for a 44T speed sprocket with rubber mounts if you send me the hub and sprocket.

I have had only 3 charge backs in the last year and a only 3 or 4 non paying bidders... :) Every now and then you have to tell a monkey to go climb a tree in public so the idiots know you don't tolerate weakness. I will contact him. thanks =b

well it looks as if boygofast has no way of contacting him, this is what it says on ebay

"Unfortunately, this seller is not able to respond to your question. We suggest reviewing the item again to see if your answer is in the seller's listing."

he ripped me off and i cant do anything! ive already escalated the case on ebay, and he has never responded to any emails!, what can i do guys?

keep on with the eBay case. It can take awhile, but generally eBay sides with the customer. Last year I was one of a dozen (or a couple dozen) people who bought jerseys from this one dealer who was foolish enough to list and take payments for jerseys he did not yet have in his possession (he was also guaranteeing delivery by the Super Bowl). Either he didn't have them in time or he was selling air from the beginning, but he got his account shut down and we all got full refunds.

Ebay needs to take action and get these bad business people and Rip Off Scammers off Ebay. They don't deserve to be on the site, and furthermore, they should be prosecuted as criminals.

Every time a question comes up about BGF or early luckyearlybird (both related), I posted on the forum about how bad these guys are and still people buy from them. Maybe some will take heed and scratch them off the vendor list...but that's me.

Before i bcame a MB.Com member i'd purchased two MB Kits from the two above mentioned dealers needless too say that neither kit worked at a total cost of around $650 not including the expensive International Shipping.

After being bitten twice and joining up to the MB Site Forum i found out about Staton.Inc ofwhich the rest is history and needless too say that for a slightly higher price i've finally got a engine kit (honda GXH50 FD Kit) and that of a decent MB Company who merit's a mention. Not forgetting also that Staton's after sales service i've found to be second to none unlike the previous two Companys already mentioned.

Therefore i agree with AI.Fisherman comments 100% afterall it's best to buy from a reputable dealer rather than think buying cheap is better.
Now i'm off for a short 30km round trip MB Ride

Cheers

That's true Al, but i have bought a total of 4 engine kits and a carb from bgf, and a long pipe from l.e.b.
From my perspective, i got excellent service (i.e. fast shipping) and none of the things i bought had any issues at all.
I have never had to contact either of them after i bought my items.
I did e-mail bgf one time because I was looking for an all black 66 c.c. with a slant head and no one seemed to have any.
He responded quickly (same day) and said that he had a few black engines with the slant head and that I could just buy the black kit with out the slant head off e-bay and he would send me a black engine kit with the slant head.
3 days later, i got the all black 66 c.c. engine and kit, with the slant head.
so, I have no complaints about him.
But then again, i have never had to contact him for customer service issues (like an engine that wouldn't run, or missing parts) So i have no idea about his customer service skills in that respect.
sometimes i think that if a person has enough mechanical knowledge, they would be able to get a new non running engine to run, but that's not the point. If you pay the $$ for a brand new engine, you would expect it to run right out of the box.
I'm sure that there have been instances where a person says that the engine won't run, and they have something wired wrong, or put together wrong....which would be no fault of the vendor.

dont know if this will help, but if you got the friction drive kit, the labeling on the choke
is backward. Sez it's closed when wide open and vice versa. If that don't work, tell
him yur cuzin's the leader of a latino biker gang that's fond of machetes, and you
know where he lives

Not questioning whether it was his fault or not, just that he blows off customers with issues on what he sells. It's his responsibility to communicate with his customers when they need help on products he sells.
In my kit alone I had these problems:

1. Inlet needle was stuck shut to the point I had to remove the bowl and pry the arms loose to get the needle to let fuel in. The float arms were mangled from the factory from poor assembly. Must have bee Saki thirty at the factory.

2. The CDI coil doesn't work....weak spark, so weak it has not fired a lick.

3. Bolts left loose and not torqued on head, Screws loose and falling out of side cover.

All I wanted was for him to replace defective CDI Coil, but he won't even answer my email.

Bought about 10 kits from BGF. Never had a problem that I feel was his Fault.

Well lets see, 4 posts..one being a introduction, the rest defending BGF and luckyearlybird (related)

1. You have had good luck, in that case lets go to the casino.
2. You are BGF
3. You are luckyearlybird.

Wonder what your IP address would turn up.

10 for 10...now I have doubts that NO problems exists with any of them.

But the point is not the C**PY Chinese non quality control engines, it's the TOTAL LACK of customer service.

I can get any of these HT's to work if need be. But when you get cylinders with holes for fuel mix to escape, bad electrical (magneto/CDI) components, that's another thing. I can't just run down to any local store and purchase these items.
