Help needed to identify carb

I ended up getting a few parts for a cheap price, For $20 I got a 80cc engine (I will be asking about at a later date) and it included this carb.

Now for the question
does anyone have a name or model number and any documentation on it.

It has a locking mechanism on the choke that is supposed to automatically release itself somehow or at some point when the motor starts or gets warm (not sure which) but the guy told me I should remove the locking part to make it manually operated.
He also said something about there is no Jet, I have not really looked and taken it all apart yet.

On the filter side I got a measurment of 59mm and the other side is 18.7mm

That is an HP carb. I've tried a couple of them with no success.

Better start with a 65 jet and it might run.

That is a paperweight disguised as a carburetor.

The choke releases when you twist the throttle. Once the choke is set to on you have to twist the throttle for it to release. No just flipping the lever back down by hand.
A friend had 3 of those. He runs a Bofeng now.
