Honestly, a couple of tweaks to that and it would be pretty good. Brace the two legs together, and then curl those feet back around. To give a wider footprint on the ground.

Because it doesn't have a spring load to hold it up, and I built it as a temporary solution
Here is someone else who just put on the same center stand that I use.
410 or 415 chain?
Dear Fellow Motorheads. Getting ready to install the chain. I have a brand new 410 chain from my 49cc build and a 415 chain that came with my kit. Can I use either one? I did buy a larger chain breaker for the 415 chain. Appreciate any information-Gearhead437

One thing I forgot all about with the center stand mounting bolt in this link below.
You may, or may not need a longer bolt from the hardware store depending on the bike it is going on.

Dear Fello Motorheads-Thanx to Damien1307, I just installed this center stand and it is FAR superior to the ones that have been around for years that simply flip up. Although I had to buy a longer SAE bolt, this stand ingeniously folds its legs together before it's final resting position when pushed up. My older design hung way too low when pushed up- perhaps 2-3" off of the pavement. Also, this new stand allows one to more easily work on their bike. It looks better too!

Do you remember the size and thread of the bolt you had to get as well as nut size if that had to be replaced as well???
That was my problem years ago with the stand you just mentioned, everytime you leaned into a curve, the damn thing would scrap the pavement eventually breaking off the stand legs...lol.
