For the 78cc 4-stroke engine, I haven't found a clutch that mates with the 'standard' 78mm clutch bell equipment, unless you visit staton-inc. I believe you can use Staton's GX100 adapter and heavy duty clutch assembly. It's expensive, but, it should do the trick.
(For sure, you would need the GX100 clutch assembly, as the GX100 runs at 3600 RPM, the same as the HF 78cc engine. But, you'll need to determine whether the GXH50 or the GX100 adapter's hole patterns match the HF engine.)
