I don't know, Ibdennyak; I think the general public could care less one way or another.
It's bureaucrats that are obsessed with regulating everything, usually with ulterior
motives. Insurance companies have to get their pound of flesh, and they know
just whose palms to grease to get it. Government by the people is a myth like Santa
and the tooth fairy. Money rules.
