How many miles to those last? I had the Walmart black burn tire on my last bike, but it got destroyed when my rear tire locked up before it even had 50 miles, so I wasn't able to see how the tread lasted

I weigh 220 and the Rear tire last's me about 1,500 miles, I don't wear it bald either,
The front seems like it lasts forever but should be changed every 4-5 years just because it's old,
Yeah some say to rotate tires, but why, when new is better

I've tried other tires Durro, Kenda, etc...in the same tread pattern but they wear out faster

I'm sure it's the syn rubber compound that's used

I examined those just last week in my Walmart...I found them to be too soft and flimsy in comparison to the Bell Kevlars I use.

They rode quite nice. I didn't get to actually see how they lasted

I found em on E bay from Cambria Bikes CA $17.95
I bought 4 tires and was charged $6 for shipping, I live in CA.

I got mine from Cambria also back in Februay this year. but with shipping to the other side of the country, the price was closer to $16 each plus shipping of $16 for two. Total of $53

So $26.50 per tire, is still not bad because most bike shops today will charge $24.50 for that tire.
I was really surprised to see em for $17.50 so I bought 2 sets

I remember when the prices went up for that Tire
2006 $12.50
2012 $15.50
2017 $19.50
2021 $ 22.50
Today $24.50
