I think the 3 wheeled Motorcycle-Kart thing for utility purposes is actually a good idea for primary transportation for alot of people.
Think about how insanely cheap the cost could be for a highway capable vehicle with minor cargo room. Like they could be sold retail for $2-3000, and could be probably be built (assuming you had a welder and built the frame yourself) for under 1,000.
I gotta get my hands on one of these 6.5 horse engines...
