Aftermath of too small snap rings

Got a late start to the riding season because of a work injury and dealing with airleak issues. Redid all the gaskets and changed out the wrist pin clips to 10mm snap rings. Turns out they were a little too loose lol. Guess I'll be stepping up to 11s now.

Already got new parts on the way, thinking I might be able to save the head though. I'm tempted to just knock down the sharp edges, throw a set of rings on it and see if it'll still run. Good cylinder to cut my teeth on porting, since it's already a doorstop haha.

I had gotten some 10mm snap rings and wasn’t comfortable with the fit. Wasted $8.

This thread…post #33 is a good method of preventing failed wrist pin clip. The StreetRyderz video explains in detail.
