baffle trouble

has anyone ever had trouble getting out there baffle if so can you tell me how to get mine out i have taken off the retaning srcrew but after that it will not budge i have tried putting vice gribs on there and lightley hit it with a hammer still will not come out any ideals thanks:???:

Mine was easy to get out....

I was riding up a hill the other day...probably 10 miles on build so far.

Suddenly I hear the engine roaring... I turn it off immediately and notice the may baffle is missing. My engine shot the baffle out of the muffler. I found it and bolted it back in.

some have two screws. your doing it right, vice grips and hammer, just dont tap it HIT it, make sure its not bolted to the motor that might not be good

Get a screwdriver(preferably Chinese cos that's about all their good for) and sharpen it(if necessary).....place the screwdriver in the seam(where the end is supposed to be removed)then tap the screwdriver with a hammer & once the seam is broken twist.
