Big bore kit will it work??? Any input??

I think there’s a race clutch with 3 or 4 big pads without the dividers. Street how much would you say it costs to build a frank?
There are cheap Chinese topend kits and the stock replacement witch are much more expensive,So the cheap kits aren't to bad in expence but you need a mill, and some skills with this type of build to get it right!but should be able to do it for a couple hundred bucks and cover everything.

Robert was selling them for 500 on the website a while back. What exactly needs milled? I know the stud holes and transfers need blocked. What do they do that with anyways? Jb weld or the steel stix? I see a 54mm too end kit for $70 on eBay.

The case half's need the bore opened, and all the large bore kit's have a 12mm wrist pin,yes the mounting holes need relocated and most folks thread aluminum rod into the stock holes and then deck the whole suface prior to drilling and tapping the new ones. it's also best to use a good high heat epoxy to fill the transfer feeds or have them welded before cutting the deck.

Yes a 360 lb spring is used and actual brake liner for pad material or it will just slip as the pipe hit's.Like I said you can't really rev it up and dump the clutch because it won't over come the initail load and a centrifugal just slip's like a b*tch!
I think we need some more info on that setup!

He wants to go faster prob. If you are going fast it’s necessary to upgrade brakes and use good forks. I’d say 50 is the fastest one of these should go. Otherwise just get a 450 enduro or something. I’m putting a 203mm rotor on the front of my 49cc build. Kinda overkill but it’s western pa and there’s hills to go down.
I've got a nice bike lol 203mm rotors triple tree front end upgraded skf bearings. Mag rims well here is a few pics. Lol I am experienced I'm wanting to hit 60-65 and I'll be good so i can go in the highway without the threat of being killed people are idiots when they see a guy on a bike. I don't have my license and this is my only way of transportation. The only thing I have left to do to this bike is get a kx65 pipe and possibly a 28 tooth rear sprocket. I've got a 32 on now and I'm only hitting 45-48 maybe 50 downhill but I'm not like most dummies on You tube title says "60 mph bike and their screaming down a 45 degree hill for a mile. Lol I wanna go 60 on flat. Since these pics were taken I have installed dio reed and 21mm oko carb that I drilled out and fixed. It was actually mostly correct just had to drill out the idle circuit to 1mm and opened up the float valve seat to about 1.2mm. It runs awesome. But i think a tuned pipe will make a big difference. The one on their now is definately for low end I'm at 7k rpm at 3/4 throttle. I did just get done modifying the exhaust to 1/2 inch stinger and a silencer shoukd gain a couple mph hopefully. But no I'm no amateur I've raced motocross and rode bikes almost my whole life. And honestly the cops where in from don't care about us on motorized bikes as long as your not screaming through town with a straight pipe. I live in a college town and there everywhere. We have two local mb shops in my town alone. But me and my buddies build em from the ground up. The shops are charging $400 for a 1-200 dollar build it's ridiculous. We are starting to get our name out there now. After there bikes break they bring them to us to fix and mod out. I've got 10-15 rebuilds and prolly the same custom bikes under my belt. Just slow right now cuz of winter looking for a project that's all.

that looks great I like the wheels. I got a pair on my bike but they’re different. I have a mikuni and oz reed but the black motor hasn’t been tuned right it runs horrible. It has the mz Miami 48mm cylinder I was talking about. I’m thinking 73-75 jet since 70 and 90 didn’t work.

Here is the exhaust mod I did it looks like the same size diameter but actually there is a 1/2" sleeve inside the pipe right after the combustion chamber then I made a bracket that slides right on the rear axel. Turned out pretty sweet. Just gotta paint it now and hope she performs. Oh and I painted my motor since the last pics. And she is dirty as hell lol been raining here. A good bath and grease job is in order tomorrow. I'm embarrassed it's never this dirty but i went on a 30 mile ride yesterday and got caught in some weather.

I'm running a 105 main jet with a 45 idle and the needle is in the middle hole. I run a little rich until it gets good and warm but then its perfect I just need more top end I'm screaming rpm at 3/4 throttle. They say you should be running about a 115 main jet with my set up but the pipe I have on us restricting air intake. I have a kx65 pipe onnthe way.
