Custom Disk Mount Sprockets.

The hub with threaded ends on both sides won't work. Both freewheels are right-hand threads, I believe. I have one of Staton's custom hubs with left-hand freewheel for the rear. I need the disc brake freewheel hub for my front wheel.

Im confused, are you looking for a front hub with disc mount or rear freewheel with threaded (motor side) sprocket mount? A disc mount hub is easy to find, what is it your trying to do?

My rear Staton hub will accept this sprocket with freewheel:

Using an 18-tooth jackshaft sprocket gives me 3.611:1 ratio. Hook that up to a 5:1 gearbox, and gear ratio is 18.06:1.

Up front is a 54-tooth sprocket bolted onto a disc brake hub. Using a 15-tooth sprocket on the jackshaft gives 3.6:1. Hook that up to a 5:1 gearbox gives 18:1 ratio.

What I'm doing is modifying my Staton/BMP friction drive housings to chain drive. I'm using a 28-speed Giant Rincon mountain bike.

A freewheel on the front disc brake hub would be the frosting on the cake.:geek:
