Dear Fellow Motorheads-I recently purchased engine stickers for my motobike Pepito. I asked for specific installation instructions, as I wasn't sure if the engine displacement characters were individual characters or one larger sticker. I've installed nameplates on classic cars and factory stickers on mountain bikes. After installing the case stickers, I noticed that the enginese displacement stickers were individual characters, making installation more difficult. Taping a straightedge to the case, I was able to do a decent job. The adhesive is not that strong either, which allowed me to reinstall, but, of course, will shorten the lifespan of the sticker. I only bring these pointers up because one sheet of stickers set me back $28,00 or so after taxes. I did try printing the stickers from the online post here, but could not shrink the print down enough to fit on the engine case. Otherwise, I would have bought some sticker printer paper and printed them myself. YMMV and this is just my opinion:)-Gearhead437

Now he needs the matching decals for the tank,
They come in all different colors so I guess a black decal on a black tank will show off the pin stripes

Probably should buy another set of 66cc stickers so he can cut out the 6 and stick it on to make it a 666cc
It would be original

Not with the manual clutch.
In just about every state I know of, the manual lever clutch is legal and allowable as long as it has only one gear to propel the bike when under power...They expect that you would have some way to take it out of gear...I have seen no state in the union that says it must be a centrifugal clutch only.

If you register it as a moped then it's not supposed to have the clutch
Maybe in your state thats true, but in New Hampshire where I was also a State Motor Vehicle Inspector, motorised bikes with a manual clutch lever and registered as mopeds were legal as long as it had only the one drive gear, not multiple gears.
