Dear Fellow Motorheads-Appreciate the responses. I don't know what the law is in Texas, but APD looks the other way with motorized bikes. The city has had e-bikes and e-scooters for awhile now and bicycling is really big in central Texas. Motorized bikes are in somewhat of a grey area. Perhaps there just aren't enough locally to warrant any type of police response? Regardless, I feel much safer on Pepito than I do on any motorcycle I've owned.
